Aaron is an assistant professor of digital media and journalism at Weber State University. His work focuses on the study and integration of technology in education, journalism and a variety of contexts. Aaron earned a PhD in mass communication from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, a master’s degree in communication from Virginia Tech, a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and degrees from both Cape Fear and New River community colleges. He has professional experience in the community news industry.
