Utah College Media Collaborative

Madeline Van Wagenen is a junior studying communication and Spanish at the University of Utah. She is a photographer, opinion writer and editor at the campus newspaper, the Daily Utah Chronicle. Madeline loves writing, photography and Billy Joel's entire discography. When she’s not working on projects for the Chrony, she can be found playing card games with friends or curating oddly specific Spotify playlists. Madeline is incredibly excited to begin this new adventure in her journalism career as a participant in the 2024 Utah College Media Collaborative.
